These terms explain how requests made through the BAIT AL HANA website are handled. By submitting a form, you agree that the business may contact you about that request.

Orders and cash on delivery

An online order is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm that the appliance is still available, its final price, delivery arrangements and the expected delivery time. Your order is confirmed only after these details are agreed with you.

Payment is by cash in AED when the appliance is delivered. The website does not collect online payment or require an advance payment. Any delivery charge will be discussed and agreed before delivery is arranged. Please check the appliance against the agreed description at handover and tell us promptly if you notice a problem.

Appliances sold through the shop are pre-owned and may have been repaired. Please read each listing and ask us about its condition or operation before confirming your order. Any specific warranty, return or exchange arrangement must be confirmed with the business before the sale. These terms do not remove rights that apply under UAE law.

Repair requests

A repair form asks us to contact you; it does not confirm a visit, repair, price or parts availability. We will discuss the visit, diagnosis, charges and work to be carried out before proceeding. Any additional work or cost should be agreed with you first. Service availability and timing depend on your location and appointment confirmation.

Offering an appliance for purchase

Sending a selling request does not mean BAIT AL HANA has agreed to buy the appliance. We will review the details, contact you and confirm any offer and collection arrangements. The purchase is agreed only when both sides accept the final terms after the appliance condition is checked.
